Best performers at National Skills Competitions are prepared, in partnership with private sector, to participate in WorldSkills Africa. This will include empowering and inspiring African youth to pursue personal and economic fulfillment through the power of skills.
Working with the African Union, capacity building programmes will be offered to the trainers of the participating countries, who will be equipped with knowledge and tools for conducting a high-quality skills competition and improving their training for their students.
